We would like to invite you all to join us for the next Disability Rep Forum meeting on 13th December (agenda and flyer attached). We will be having a Christmas party as well as celebrating the Disability History Month (DHM). The subject of this year’s UKDHM is Disability and Language – what words are used to describe disabled people and their impairments.
The event will be taking place at St Mark’s Community Centre, 218 Tollgate Road, Beckton, E6 5YA, with registration beginning at 10.30am and the celebration finishing at around 2pm.
Please could you let us know by 2nd December if you will be attending and if you will be bringing additional guests so that we can organise the catering.
